As a UX leader, I have a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that have delivered meaningful products for people while serving the bottom line.As a UX researcher, I value close collaboration with my UX and cross-functional partners to produce timely and actionable generative and evaluative studies. I have extensive experience with an array of qualitative and quantitative methods that I can draw from as a situation warrants. As a research lead, I have worked closely with product partners to develop and maintain research roadmaps and to prioritize projects that address OKRs, and then executing those plans and always delivering on time. Finally, learning is central to my identity. I constantly seek opportunities to try new research methods and leverage new technologies. I am a trained teacher and am always in search of opportunities to share knowledge and to mentor new colleagues.
