• Directed shutdown of the Newark, CA and St. Paul, MN design centers and ensured successful migration of design knowledge, protection of critical revenue and continuation of high levels of product support with a 70%.
• Led the multi-site technology separation of the commercial and military businesses. Ensured that projects, information, revenue and support were properly transitioned between the two groups within 6 month time.
• Assumed primary contact for Tier 1 customer, Nortel. Learned our Fiber Channel driver, remotely debugged intermittent monthly field failures and implemented fixes that could be easily deployed. Quickly turned Nortel.
