Property types included office, industrial, medical office conversion, and retail. • Experience with a variety of transaction types including single-asset and portfolio fee-simple acquisitions, tenant-in-common recapitalizations, special servicer note purchases, and auctions. • Analyzed and underwrote more than $6 billion in assets across all property types• Contributed to asset management and disposition of 42-asset debt portfolio with an original unpaid principal balance of $380 million.• Assisted in asset management of a four-building, 280,000 SF office campus with a stabilized value of approximately $80 million after participating in the initial acquisition. Responsibilities included new lease evaluation, space planning for new tenant buildout, tracking capital requirements, and lease renewal negotiations.
