Experience:- Performed walkthroughs of business processes which included holding client workshops, preparing detailed narratives, flowcharts and overall process enhancement considerations for numerous business processes, including but not limited to: Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Sales - Assisted with the implementation of SOX internal controls at a foreign company following its acquisition by a US public company- Assisted with an internal investigation of a FCPA allegation which included performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of data in the company’s accounting systems for unusual transactions, tracing relevant accounting records and payments through the books and records, and analyzing the classification and purposes of such activities
