Celebrity Stylists George Kotsiopoulis and Elizabeth Stewart brought me on board to work with them in creating "RestlessStyle.com"​ a website companion for the daytime drama "The Young and the Restless."​ The project was invented and overseen by Executive Producer Maria Arena Bell. George and Elizabeth provided the images, it was my job to provide the captions, explain the concepts, contests and supply real-time Fashion and Lifestyle coverage. Since the website itself and fictional magazine by the same name were also plot points on the show, we also had to develop articles and lead stories that conformed to the scripts themselves. Subjects ranged from an actual interview and photo shoot with Katy Perry, who was among several real-world celebrities who made guest appearances on the show, to fashion designer Jeremy Scott, to various fictitious "hit pieces"​ authored by RestlessStyle.com "staffers" on the always-misbehaving citizens of Genoa City, WI, the fictional setting for Y&R since 1972.

Pride was a unique publication with a unique business plan. Initially, it was an annual product of London-based contract publisher Profile Pursuit, and gained the status of official publication of InterPride, which is the international organization of LGBT Pride producers. As such, Pride had the widest distribution worldwide of any LGBT publication reaching local Pride Festival attendees across the U.S. and Canada, with a limited distribution in Asia and Europe. As Editor in Chief, Pride presented me with a unique opportunity to reach across all the lines and boundaries which distinguish this incredibly diverse group of people, examine some pressing issues and tell some incredible stories while celebrating a newly-empowered minority. With contacts all over the world, thanks to InterPride, as well as Pride Committees here in the States, we were able to craft a publication that was ahead of its time. Along with fashion, travel and service, Pride was the first publication of its size to report on the problems faced by transpeople, the empowerment of intersexed people, racism in the LGBT community, homophobic violence in Eastern Europe, what it means to be Gay and Muslim, as well as the Queer perspective in Art, Music and Mass Media.
