Advisory role coalescing Seattle Center area neighborhood leadership groups, Seattle Center resident organizations, labor and other stakeholders in support of an $850 million redevelopment of Seattle's KeyArena. The resulting MOU and Seattle City Council vote approving the development ultimately paved the way for the acquisition of an NHL franchise resulting in a private investment in the City of Seattle exceeding $1.5 billion.
