Being promoted to a Solution Delivery Engineer (Technical Consultant), I am now installing, building and configuring the customers phone system. In this role, I would frequently communicate with the customer to show them my design on how their phone system will look and once approved, I would build and configure this with the customer. My duties consisted of:- Analyzing documents confirming the customers requirements- Using my expertise to design the Call Flows based on their requirements- Frequent customer communications regarding the current stage of the project- Installing, building and configuring Natterbox within their Salesforce environment- Creating documentation for the customer to follow and test every scenario that could occur within their configuration- Monitoring post go-live support to ensure there are no faults with the system- Visit on-site with the customers when required

During my time at Mountain Warehouse I was promoted from an IT Support Analyst to an IT Support Engineer within the year. My main priorities in this role were supporting both Head Office and Retail Store users worldwide.
