3t Systems is a full service consultancy delivering high end solutions to its customers. As VP of Business Development, I was responsible for identifying opportunities, business development, professional growth of sales people and the sales effort across all practices. I have delivered and developed complex multi-disciplinary solutions that drove business value for 3t’s clients. I joined 3t’s executive team to lead turnaround effort within the Consulting organization. Upgraded the consultancy by increasing revenues by 40%. Implemented a new sales methodology in account planning and management practices, and led a focused effort to increase customer adoption rates and while driving up client satisfaction. Developed partnerships with key vendors and driving referrals from Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix.
