Duties/Responsibilities: Managed Haddad Brands Bangladesh Liaison Office’s Apparel sourcing business from Sample to shipment. Factory Sourcing, Order Placement, Price negotiating, Merchandising and follow up production in factory to ensure perfect quality goods and on time shipment, and claim negotiation with factory if any. Co-ordinate with factory Compliance team VS Haddad Compliance team to Ensure Factories are maintaining Levis & Nike Compliance properly to avoid any no-compliance issue. Duties/Responsibilities: Overall Merchandising, Issue PO and Maintain TNA under ERP System at Haddad Head office in NY through online, Buyer Handling, Co-ordinate with Buyer and factory both way to submit and get approval of Fabric quality, lab dip, all type of samples, test requirements, follow up Production, for on time Ship out the good Quality Merchandise. Given Proper guideline to vendor and their suppliers either nominated or vendor selected to fulfill/ensure the buyer requirement according to the Merchandise and all test issues as well. Duties/Responsibilities: Managed all work related to Commercial/shipping like Issuing LC in Favor of vendor, check all vendors shipping documents to issue IC to the vendor as per LC terms after final inspection the goods and overall Customer Relationship. Follow up the Final inspection done by Haddad QA to give proper Booking to Forwarder/Shipping Line to catch the scheduled vessel to meet required ETD/ETA for both sea/air Shipment. Update Head office’s Logistics department about weekly Ship out goods with ETD/ETA and vessel details for Head office necessary action. Request New York Head office’s LC department if any payment delayed to vendors Bank. Also maintained all vendors claim record to settle it step by step by negotiating with both vendor/buyer. Also responsible for to take care all IT related Matter inside the office and Overseas Guests trouble shooting during their visit to the Liaison office. Properly maintain all internet related work under the Head office Server in New York accordingly to the Companies necessary requirement.
