Provide technical leader-shipConfigure & Maintain MPLS network (L3VPN, L2VPN, 6VPE) and Traffic Engineering.Network maintain using EGP (EBGP, IBGP, Route-Reflector) , IGP (OSFP, EIGRP, RIP) using both IPv4 & IPv6.Perform Network address assignment.Maintain redundancy for network availability on layer-2 & layer-3 level using STP, HSRP, IPSLA etc.Configure and Maintains firewalls (checkpoint, ASA, PIX), encryption systems (VPN, VPDN), and all network host security activities.Configure & Maintain different types of server (mail, DNS, web, proxy, etc.), network monitoring tools (nagios, cacti, JFFNMS, rancid).Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and maintaining documentation.Troubleshooting Network Problems.Responsible for the operation, maintenance and configure of the IP Telephone system. This includes all facets of software, hardware, support and changes related to the system. Configuring Media gateway, Softswitch, Call center & IP PBX.Maintain monthly report : Installation report, Downtime report, Maintenance report, Bandwidth up/down gradation report & Bandwidth utilization report.Communicate with upstream bandwidth provider (IIG), ICX, IGW & mobile operators. Maintaining infrastructure and application licensing.Performing configurations backups and disaster recovery operations.Documenting network configuration and operational procedures.Evaluating emerging network and security products and technologiesCo- ordinate with helpdesk & field operation team to rectify the fault /problem of the network.Co- ordinate with Business Development team.Preparing day to day operational report on regular basis and reported to the top management.

* Maintaining 4000 public IP and more than 1000 private IP. * Knowledge on configuring & troubleshooting of DNS Server, Web server, Mail Server, DHCP in Red Hat Linux and Fedora. * Configure & Maintenance NAGIOS (as network monitoring tool) on Linux platform. * Managing quota for user on MAIL Server. * Monitoring MRTG graphs for knowing client status, giving ip and managing bandwidth of dedicated client. * Maintain monthly report : Installation report, Downtime report, Maintenance report, Bandwidth up/down gradation report & Bandwidth utilization report. * Communicate with upstream provider ( BTCL, Mango Teleservice, VSAT), BTRC, BDIX. * Communicate with different Vendor. * Configuring and maintaining LAN, WLAN, DSL, ADSL, and Concentrator. * Configuring, Maintenance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Mikrotik Router. * Customizing and Updating Network Management System by using JFFNMS. * Configuring different type of network devices used in our network like Concentrator, VPN Router, Wi-Fi, DSL and ADSL modems etc. * Installing different software and hardware and keeping all the computers up to date. * Preparing fault report.
