• Working as a Plant warehouse in- charge for 42000 sqft warehouse with 2850 pallet capacity & handling 170 Nos of SKUs brand wise & in total 4400 SKUs in material level. • Handling the Safety, security, compliance of the warehouse, achieving KPI by supervising the team. • Modified & implemented 12 new SOPs that improved operational & functional excellence. • Increased Pallet capacity by 450 & assured faster movement of finished goods by 2 hours. • Supporting the sales & on time delivery of 750 million psc of tablets per year from the warehouse. . As a warehouse procurement manager, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Major Achievements: • Worked as an in-charge for 20000 sqft warehouse & monitored the import of raw material as well as local finished good & packing material by leading a team of 18 people. • Warehouse control & monthly sales upload BDT 500 crore from 3 division. • Transferred the Central Warehouse twice without any damage & controlled the whole issue. • Handling different Critical situation of warehouse, counting Stock twice in a year & submitting report. • Monthly reconciliation of distributors’ purchase (One distributor with 12 branches) • Introduced Expiry finished goods processing & implemented the existing SOPs for warehouse. • Destroyed 3.5 tons expired finished goods after collecting from distributors. • Arranged Doctors’ conference & checked the necessary costs per month 250 conferences per month. • Migrated from SAP to Shape which increased working efficiency.
