Currently I am working as an Operations Director of a Furniture Manufacturing Industry in Bangladesh. Earlier I had worked for Executive Woodworks Ltd, a sister concern of Meghna Executive Holdings as a Head of Factory Operations. Its is a completely compliance and 100% export oriented Furniture Manufacturing industry based on american and european markets. This is the first and only one furniture manufacturing industry in our country which has been operated by foreign experts those have versatile experiences on export oriented furniture industry in the world. Previously I had worked as a Lead Production and Sr. Manager Operations at Partex Furniture a sister concern of Partex Star Group. I also had worked as an Operations Manager at Regal Furniture a sister concern of PRAN-RFL Group. Being an Industrial Engineer as well as Business Operations Manager my focusing Areas: Yearly Business Budget Planning, Day to Day Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Level of Efficiency Increasing, Process Improvement, Productivity Improvement, Re-Engineering and finally to Analysis Monthly Income Statement. I always prepare myself to work with my team members as an excellent team player and simultaneously to take challenges because I love it and enjoy it more to overcome it with my best efforts.
