Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization through ERP & Tally • Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions.• Preparation of annual budget, forecast cash flow, review and evaluation for cost optimization.• Responsible for preparation of weekly & monthly cash flow statements.• Stock reconciliation and MIS report for management.• Confirm compliance of organization policy, Companies Act 1994, Income Tax rules, VAT rules and other related laws.• Bank statement collection from bank for Reconciliation.• Daily credit Recovery Posting on ERP & Tally Software.• Checking the procurement, Import-Export• Monitoring and reporting monthly payable and receivable• Preparing financial statements and relevant reports as required by management• Daily fund positions submit to the management.• Ensure collections as per target & Manage statutory audit• Ensure books of accounts to reflect true & fair view• Ensure fixed assets register in place & Monitor Product Profitability• Ensure regulatory returns are submitted on time
