— Responsible for leading, improving and implementing change within the engineering and maintenance organization of the manufacturing plants.— Meet corporate and business unit goals; support the organization in reducing scrap, solving or eliminating customer complaints, and optimising and stabilizing the processes used in the plant.— Drive safety, quality, productivity, and people improvement and results through engineering and maintenance innovation; reduce and eliminate process variation; achieve greater process stability, higher production uptime and greater machine output.— Prepares implements and monitors departmental budget (Production cost, Repair & Maintenance, CAPEX etc.)

— Plan and operate plant, power generation units, Argon, N2 filling and other auxiliary equipment at Factory with optimum load within budgeted cost to meet required product demand.— Conforming quality, safety and environmental standard in all respect. — Determines and plans and directs all the related maintenance activities— Develops and maintains inventory of spare and repair parts, materials and tools.— Plans, directs and schedules various seasonal projects and ensures adequate supplies are stocked.— Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.— Coordinates and directs day-to-day operations & maintenance of the plant and auxiliaries.— Monitor production performance, analyses production downtime and take corrective action.
