I started my career with a leading telecommunication company, Grameenphone in 2005. I have learned a lot about sales and service over there. I served in GP about 7 years 2 months. I have joined in Eastern Bank Limited in November 21, 2012 as a Senior Officer under Cash Management Unit, Corporate Division. And I served there about 2 years 2 months. I have been educated a lot there how to achieve set targets in terms of Sales volume and number of corporate accounts, how to plan, organize, lead and monitor business development plans and programs.I have joined in IDLC Finance Limited 1 February 2015 as a SEO & ARM under SME Division (MEF). And I have served there about 1 Year 1 Month. Later 13th March 2016, I have joined in NRB Bank Ltd. as a SPO & RM. My core responsibilities are there to achieve Assets & Liabilities targets, cross sell of different products, deposit/assets attrition management, to ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank and local directives to preventing Money Laundering, all other branch operational services as and when required by the competent authority.In 21st June’2021, I have been promoted from SPO to FAVP.In 29th December 2019, my responsibilities had been changed and took the charge as Head of Branch, Gopalgonj Branch. I had been transferred from Gopalgonj Branch to Khulna Main Branch as Head of Branch as well as Head of Khulna Cluster on 15th July 2021.In 13th March 2023, I have been transferred to Cash Management Unit (Corporate Liability), TBD as FAVP & Unit Head.In 28th September 2023, my responsibilities have been changed and took the charge as In-Charge, Transaction Banking Division. Since then, I have been serving here as In-Charge, Transaction Banking Division (Cash Management, Corporate Liability). In 1st January, 2024, I have been promoted from FAVP to AVP and holding the charge as In-Charge, Transaction Banking Division (Cash Management Unit, Corporate Liability). My core responsibilities are here-• To achieve individual as well as team Business target in terms of potential customers and follow-up with phone calls •To achieve set targets in terms of Sales volume and number of corporate accounts. • To increase depository clientele base• To achieve revenue/growth target of the Division.I have received some professional training from various organizations like AML, Stress Management, Leadership, Fundamental training program on Banking, Communication Process, Technical Skill Development,Effective skills for Customer service and Developing Sales Skills.
