I'm responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines in a workplace. I play a crucial role in promoting a safe working environment by advising on safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing preventative measures. Now I'm describing some of my responsibilities :-• Assist Safety Officer in managing Workplace Safe; Health issues in Construction environment. • To prepare monthly statistic.• Assist company to achieve Zero accident goal. • To prepare safety checklist and make accidents reports.• Promotes safe practices at the job site. • Take all reasonable steps to prevent workers from taking risks. • Monitor daily toolbox meeting. • Conduct daily routine site inspection. • Conduct regular safety petrol at work site. • Conduct inspection of work –at –height PPE and tools and ensure nobody enter the work premises without appropriate PPE. • Conduct inspection of hot work tools and hot work location. • Conduct visual inspection of scaffold platform, lifting machine, appliances, and gears. • Closely monitor critical lifting activities and ensure no unauthorized entry into the lifting zone, provide barricade, authorized rigger-signalman performing lifting works etc. • To arrange safety competition such as Quiz, Poster exhibition etc.

Plant Overview : 53.972 MW HFO Based Power PlantEngine Brand : Man (18V48/60TS)Other equipment : HFO & LO Separator, Different types of pumps, HP & LP Turbo Charger, Boiler, Compressor etc.My responsibilities & working skills : Capable to overhaul injector with removing from engine and install to engine. Capable to overhaul cylinder head with removing and fitting to engine. Assist to assemble and disassemble turbo charger to engine with cleaning ofturbine and compressor wheel, nozzle ring. Assist to maintenance exhaust gas boiler (EGB) as per monthly schedulemaintenance. Assist to removing and installing Piston.  Capable to remove and install charge air cooler with necessary maintenance. Capable to Dismantling and assembling HFO /LO separator. Capable to service fuel duplex filter & CAF. Capable to maintenance radiator. Capable to tappet clearance checking.
