Doreen Power Generations and Systems Limited (DPGSL) was incorporated in Bangladesh on 20th August 2007 as a private company limited by shares. DPGSL has setup three power plants for generating and supplying 66MW electricity to Bangladesh Power Developments Board (BPDB) and Rural Electrification Board (REB) under two power purchase agreement signed by the company with BPDB for selling power 44MW from Tangail power plant and Feni Power plant and an agreement signed by the company with REB for selling power 22MW from Norsindhi power plant for a period of 15 years. The Commercial Operation date (COD) of 22MW Tangail power plant is 12th November, 2008, 22 MW Narsingdi power plant is 21st December, 2008 and 22MW Feni power plant is 16th February 2009.
