• Checking & Posting cash and cheque payment vouchers by Tally ERP software.• Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement.• Prepare Provisional Journal entry.• Prepare Party Advance payment by cheque on the basis of purchase order (PO).• Plant In charge Petty cash Maintain & Petty Adjustment.• To supervise external auditor yearly accounts audit.• Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

1. Entry observation of various types of Debit, credit & journal voucher in system (Bank & Cash).2. Bill Justification in favor of software copy, bill, MPR & MRIR3. Issuance & delivery of cheque in favour of approved documents or paper.4. Update daily bank balance.5. Loan observation (MPI, TR, UPAS) & take necessary step to paid loan in time.6. Observe proper salary disbursement process.7. Prepared & observe monthly group Budget.8. Prepared Daily Bank & Cash Forecast & Balance. 9. Continue proper Banking Affairs.10. Take necessary step for Money Receipts in favor Cheque & cash collection from various parties.11. Observation of due letter submit in Bank.12. Daily cash cheque observation.13. Take TR (Trust Receipts) from bank.14. Liaison with department head for smooth financial support.15. All over treasury management.
