- Design analysis and setting parameters to fulfil the buyer quality.- Finding out Risk limitations of a fabric in every steps including knitting,dyeing,printing,finishing.- After dyeing and finishing, have to check finish fabric quality with buyer standard. confirm test report of finish fabrics. if quality and test report result is fine then go for submission.- after getting approval from buyer, have to work on fabric costing. if gets any comments then rework on comments part and solve the problems as soon as possible.

-Develop innovative samples as per upcoming trends which are very attractive, stylished and fashionable. - Confirm sustainable fibres,yarns, dyeing and finishing technique to meet the buyer requirement. -Select suitable yarn count, stitch length and m/c type as per fabric construction. - Properly communicate to the dyeing and finishing section for maintaining the fabric quality. - Technical risk limitations, achieving color and color fastness are informed to merchandiser. - Ensure test report as per buyer required quality. - Responsible for all particular sample fabrics with cost effective quality development. - Responsible for on-time finished fabric delivery to the merchandiser.

- Receive sample booking from central R&D and merchant team. - Analysis fabrication wise count,gsm. - Provide suitable stitch length and m/c gauge considering fabric,yarn count and required gsm. - Analysis of swatchs and design fabric. - Select suitable yarn count, stitch length and m/c gauge considering design fabric required gsm. - Responsible for production feasible sample development. - Provide repeat wise feeder in YD stripe fabric. - Provide suitable finish dia to the central R&D team. - Analysis knitting limitations and inform R&D team by mail. - Keep record all important R&D related informations. - Communicate with interdepartment personnel and outside factories. - Responsible for on time fabric delivery. - Maintain knitting master,fetter man and workers. - Responsible for knitting R&D team.
