Planning and maintaining the optimum level of inventory to ensure inventory availability. Total inventory system controlled by ERP EBS software. Lead & Motive the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage and transfer of items as per company policy. Ensure materials storage with tag card or bin card in all store warehouses. Ensure safety and security, Hygiene, Fire safety & 100% Compliance issue in all store warehouses. Ensure materials storage man high or load marking issue in all store warehouses. Receive and Check physically Imported Raw Materials, Chemical Materials, Spare parts, Electrical, Maintenance and Mechanical, Oil and Lubricants & Arrange space for storage. Maintain safety stock label hardly. Maintaining proper documentation of inventory for audit purpose. In ERP Software as well as need to ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO, FIFO, LIFO systems etc. Ensure Cooperation & Coordination with Production, Commercial, Accounts, Purchase, Supply chain and Concern departments regarding inventory issues. Monitoring the regular posting of S.R & M.R.R in the software. Sorting, organizing and storing inventory in the proper location and making sure that it is convenient for receiving as well as for the delivery of the materials. Always maintain 5S method & Non-moving, Fast moving, Slow Moving Items stock. Maintain updated records of all materials and provide data to planning and coordination for materials requirement planning to meet month/yearly production target. Manage and maintain accurate Receive and issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure. Supervise & Check MRR, SRR, Register book, gate pass, Invoice list & Materials purchase order sheet. Etc.

Supervision of inventory management system at Store. Ensure proper storage of all Raw Materials, Packaging materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts needed in beverage plant. Total inventory system controlled by ERP SAP software. Manage and Maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure. Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Always maintain 5S method & Nonmoving, Fast moving, Slow Moving Items stock. Maintain receipts, documents, warehouse, inventory, stock and make computerized entries for the related items, Check daily using materials reports and closing balance update physically with book balance. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly materials stock report after physical count. Arrange to maintain housekeeping of the store floor. Monitoring daily opening stock (Raw, Chemical, Packaging, Spare parts). Ensure safety stock level inventory, plan and maintain all store items for smooth beverage production. Maintain receipts, documents, warehouse, inventory, stock and make computerized entries for the related items. Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status etc. in ERP Software as well as need to ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems etc. Receive imported Raw Materials, Packaging materials, Spare parts for beverage plant according to LC (Letter of Credit). Prepare a list of Nonmoving, Fast moving, Slow Moving Items etc. Prepare weekly short/excess report and Inform upper management by email or phone. Maintain safety stock label physically. Ensure QC check all received materials before delivery to production floor. Prepare Materials purchase order sheet and Materials receiving report (MRR). Inspection all store register. Etc.

Receive Imported and local purchases Raw, Chemical and packaging materials L.C and local challan wise after physically count and report upper management.
