As a Training Executive, I usually do the following task:1. Conducting & Coordinating Training Modules, Developing Training Modules2. Design and develop training modules on Physiology and Anatomy as well as on different diseases.3. Conducting Oral Test, Prepare Training Progress Report4. Updating Question Paper, Conducting Exam & Checking Exam Paper5. Assisting to Conduct Detailing Test6. Assisting in Arranging MPOs walk-in Interview7. Updating Batch Information, Prepare Final result for Posting8. Communication with other department (PMD, HR, FHR, Sales, Supply chain, Commercial) for Training Purpose9. Conduct Monthly Regional Conference and Refresher Training program to Train-up existing field Colleagues.

1. Make annual marketing plan, formulate strategies for brands, ensure the growth of existing brands, and search for new products.2. Create promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.3. Conduct field (Doctor and Chemist) visit to get first hand market experience and input these into marketing activities.4. To track & monitor competitors promotional and marketing activity.5. Select few potential brands and make them into Super brands through brand building.6. Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.7. Conduct Monthly Regional Conference.

 The dissemination of scientific information of the assigned products with Health Care Professionals (HCP) of the assigned territory. Managing the professional relationship with the HCP's to build a sustainable engagement platform between the brand and the HCPs. Ensuring Recommendation for the assigned products from the HCPs. Ensuring product availability to the clinic and nearest chemist shop and so on.
