Current As Senior Officer from 01.03.2011 to till now Job responsibilities at Human Resources Division as a Senior Officer: Arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems Providing advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities. Processing related works regarding promotion as per instruction of Head of HRD. Settlement of the cases relating to the employees resignation, retirement, termination from service and death. Developing, updating and simplifying HR tools & process. Plan, design & execute the new pay scale, TA & DA (local & abroad), Car allowances for Executives, House Building Investment ceilings etc. Maintaining performance of employees regarding deposit mobilization time to time.
