★ Maintain quality standard and rules & regulation for achieving the quality of garments.★ Co-ordinate with the sample making teams for buyer any requirement.★ First pattern check against the buyer comments and measurement.★ Solve critical issues according to discussion & analysis. ★ Ensure quality of any kind of embellishment (Fabric, print, embroidery, trims)★ Ensure styling, stitching & measurements by crosschecking Qc file and comments.★ Ensure good quality sample by following buyer Development, Fit and PP comments. ★ Check garments lab test report for approve Pre-Production sample.★ Making Fit lock report for buyer and Dummy fitting for insure Garments fitting.★ I Inspection to the development, proto/fit, pre-production sample.★ Ensure quality Garments by monitoring & proper guideline.★ Continue contract with buying office any problem solved.★ To ensure the quality of work by keeping the product safety matrix accurately.
