 IE activity of 3 unit 31 line  Train and follow up All IE’s (8 members) & Assistant Production Managers (3 members), to implement IE culture in the organization for continuous improvement for productivity (cutting, sample, sewing, printing & embroidery). Analyze the tech-pack, provide necessary feedback & guideline to Sample section (Product Development) in order to make the sample production friendly and reduce extra process.Going through each and every file/style (with samples), fine-tuning the monthly plan adjusting to line strength, similar styling allocation, utilize provided the lead time, special focus on order quantity less than 3000 pcs. Conducting Efficiency review meeting to motivate the Supervisors. Setting-up production monitoring system, hourly production follow-up, taking necessary action to ensure on time delivery.  Weekly Manpower and Machine Budget and submit style wise machine and plan target to planning department. Check the capability of the style during the order inquiry stage, as well as SMV. To Contact with Planning & supply chain (fabrics-accessories) to ensure smoothness of on time delivery. Analyze current processes and the development of future processes to eliminate waste, non-value-added process and minimize variation. Develop and justify cost savings projects. Improving Productivity through engineering process standards: Time and motion studies and workflow analysis, process re-engineering, workplace layout, visual work instruction preparation & standard system development. Teach & Monitor Quick Change Over of line, system development of the factory and visualization.- Helper to Operator training procedure & skill development program of operators. Make factory’s capacity in advance considering average SMV, Manpower, working hour. Share the factory’s capacity with merchandising team to get the order as per capacity. Monthly & Weekly line loading plan on Excel
