I have an experience of over 12 years of serving as a procurement professional. In this journey, I have excelled in supply and operational planning (S&OP) of the supply chain with an emphasis on procurement operations. I have led a couple of teams in my career toward the growth of the organization. I am meticulous in vendor and supplier management in acquiring good quality products to uphold the values and priorities of the organization. In addition, I have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions like Oracle, Matrix, Far Vision, Tally etc. to minimize the lead time and foster the growth journey.I have completed several professional courses on supply chain focused on procurement like Supply Chain Management & Public Procurement Management from the Directorate of Continuing Education (DCE), BUET, Lean Management & Total Quality Management from Bangladesh-Japan Training Institute, Forecasting Techniques and their importance for managing Supply Chain and Emotional Intelligence & Value Added Tax (VAT). To enhance my leadership skills, I have persuaded numerous trainings like A Secret of Nonverbal Communications: Empower Yourself from the Global Society For Supply Chain Professional (GSSCP) and Situational Leadership from Skill Mining. I have accomplished a diploma course in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management Studies (BiMS).
