Intend to work in a challenging and competitive environment where strongsense of responsibilities and commitments are required and to dedicate mypotentiality in organization`s relentless pursue of excellence of such a sector ismy purpose.* Work independently and lead, monitor & guide other commercial team members and handling all commercial matters such as Shipping with proper planning, Buyer handling, Export, Online Booking, Data management regarding Production, Merchandising & Shipments etc.* Maintain proper liaison and coordination with concerned agencies, trade bodies,banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, ,Cash Incentive,Customs etc.* Check and control all export documents required at different levels like PI & Commercial invoices, Packing List, Delivery Challan/ Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin and other certificates.*Collect Master L/C & S/C check accordingly arrange lien to bank, received PI accordingly checked all terms and condition with check HS code as per bond license submit to bank opening the B2B* Collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items and complete full on-line cargo booking, EInvoice, E-packing list etc.* Ensure Collecting BL on time & submitting export documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank and regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up with buyers.* Complete different buyers documentation procedure independently and managing various buyers Online Portals, Cloud Supply Chain Platform etc.* Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement. *Good knowledge on ERP*REX (SOO) prepared and submitted to EPB* Transaction Certificate (TC) Issued to CU. Major Buyer handling: C&A,LC WAIKIKI,COSTCO,TCP,OVS SPA,TEDDY SPA,AUTHENTIC STYLE,TK MAX,BMG,NEWYOKER,CCC SA,MAK & MAX,TAKKO GMBH,YM INC, EWM ETC.
