This project includes Rehabilitation and improvement of existing road (up to 14 lane) Widening of existing Bridges (up to 14 lane), Pre-Stressed concrete girder bridge as per design and specification of different length like 110.00m, 60.00m, 54.00m, long bridge which span length varies from 19m~30m. The girder depth was 1.8m ~ 2.2m and pile length was 25m~60m and pile diameter was 500mm~900mm with hydraulic rotary reverse circulation drilling, 147m long At grade Intersections Box Girder which span length varies from 17m~30m. The girder depth was 1m ~ 1.8m , Underground Water Reserve Below 10m from existing level Length- 147m Width-4.6m,Depth-2.6m, 30m Wide Canal, Jet fuel pipe line, L- 15m steel sheet pile, 13m high Retaining wall, MSE/RE Wall, Glass reinforced Plastic Pipe (GRP) Sewer Line, Beautification of wetland Ponds etc.

This project includes Rehabilitation and improvement of existing road 375.0 Km of Upazilla Road (UZRs), RCC Girder Bridge as per design and specification of different length like 75.00m, 30.00m, long bridge which span length was 10m. The girder depth was 1m ~ 1.2m and pile length was 15-30m and pile diameter was 500mm~700mm using Percussion system and complete Bentonite system and culverts on UZRs, 250.0 Km of Union Roads including construction of Culverts and Cross Drainage Structures on Union roads, Maintenance of Periodic Maintenance and Rehabilitation of 1800.0 Km of Upazila Roads and Union Road Improvement of 25 numbers of Growth Center Markets and Construction of 10 numbers of River Jetties and improvement of 25 km of Rural Waterway.

Responsible for quality control of Construction Material, Goods and work, Collection of Samples at field level. Conduct Appropriate Quality Checks and record the results. Inform the Deputy Team Leader/Resident Engineer of any variations and noncompliance. Supervision of Clean Air & Sustainable Environment (CASE). The work included with Asphalt road, RCC Road ,CC road, RCC drains, Manholes RCC cover slab ,footpath, footpath tiles , traffic signal, sign post, road marking etc.This is a World Bank financed project and executed by (DSCC & DNCC).

Responsible for quality control & supervision of Mega Project ( Rigid and Flexible Pavement , drains, footpaths etc) and various works ( STS, Public Toilet, CASE projects etc) of Zone – (1,2,3) The works included with daily site supervision, quality control, ensure materials tests, site inspection report, monthly & quarterly report submission and checking of final bill and defect liability period over bills. This is a GOB financed project and executed by DSCC .

Checking layout of the construction/project work. Supervision of project activities Prepare the progress report. To Check the bill for contractors and through it to higher authority for approval etc. This is a World Bank financed project and executed by LGED.

Responsible for technical supervision and quality control of Girder bridges, culverts, Ghat, River Bank protection work,Upazila road, Union Road, Village Road, Drain, Embankment protection, School Cum Cyclone Shelter & Multipurpose shed (Fish, Meat, Vegetable, etc.) Supervision of project activities and quality control, River Bank protection work including slope protection, river bank revetment, casting and placing of CC block, supervision of gasbag’s dumping and insuring specified quantity and quality control, overall study of drawing, design and specification. Prepare the progress report and monitor project activities, To Check the bill for contactors and through it to higher authority for approval, Monitoring of progress activities.This is aADB, IFAD, KFW financed project and executed by LGED.
