Organizing and distributing every daily request for inspection among all inspectors. Doing design reviews as per specifications. Doing method statement reviews of new works as well as repair works. Checking shop drawings for EPC contractor. Making weekly reports, monthly progress reports, and quality record packages for CSC. Analyzing the soil investigation reports. Helping in Quantity Survey activities. Regular site visits and monitor contractor’s QA/QC system. Supervising the various construction works including Piles, Pile-caps, piers, cross beams, I-Girders & T-girders, diaphragms, Bearing plinths, Seismic buffers, and deck slabs. Calculating and checking of post and pre-tensioning works for cross beam, I-girder, and T-girders. Checking cement grouting for post-tensioning work. Checking all lab tests.
