 To maintain the efficient control and administration of all technical stores areas and ensure all inventory correctly transacted on the computerized Inventory system, TRAX. Ensure that all QCAA/EASA & Qatar Airways instructions relating to materials and spares control are strictly adhered to. Assume the day to day running of the technical stores activities in the absence of the Stores Supervisor. Ensure all hangar checks and pre-loaded items are drawn from stock in timely fashion. Act as the focal point for resolution of computer system queries related to Technical stores transaction. Investigate thoroughly all stock discrepancies before the completion of a stock discrepancy form. Assist with the receiving of goods into the computerized inventory system(first stage) prior to inspection by an authorized person. Complete all self-monitoring procedures and forward the results to the Technical Stores supervisor Compile paperwork and prepare and dispatch items required at outstations on other airlines to meet AOG or critical requirements. Carry out stock checks of items to determine availability of stock on “as required” basis by management. Maintain the required standards of housekeeping and cleanliness including safety precautions complying with health and safety regulations

 Ensuring that all Parts/Components/Materials received in the stores must be accompanied with proper ARC’s like FAA 8130, EASA Form 1 & COCs. Carrying out all the Inspections checks of all the spares, Hardware, Components, Tools and Consumables and issuance of Stores Acceptance tags for the items who clears quality checks Ensuring that everything should be stored in favorable storage conditions and keeping an eye on shelf life items once expired, remove them from the stores and update in excel Keeping complete track on the tools getting due for calibration and sending them for re-calibration timely to avoid any delay in on-going maintenance work Raising Purchase Order to the different vendors post approval of quotes against for all received material requisition. Issuing materials/Preloading upon requisitions for Line/Base maintenance activities Raising Loan Orders for Loaned Items, Repair Orders for tools sent for repair/calibration, Rental Orders if we are giving any components/tools on rent and Service Order if we require services of Third party. Carrying out material planning well in advance to support upcoming Base/Line maintenance activities. Ensuring all Work Orders from CAMO should be collected well in advance so that all the spares, Consumables and Tools should be available before the maintenance work starts Raising Indents for the Inventory check well in advance and if anything is required, informing the same to Part Support Team/Operator. Generating supporting documents like Tally Sheets, Log Entries, Procedure Sheets and handover the same to the AME concerned with the particular Task along with Work Order received from CAMO. Conducting daily production meeting to monitor daily progress of the Aircraft under maintenance and send a feedback to the customer on daily basis After verification, complete work package to be send to customer and a scan copy to CAMO.
