As a supervisor at Taj Hotels, I manage a team of sales executives and ensure that they achieve their monthly and quarterly targets. I also conduct consumer research and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have been working in this role since Nov 2022, and have contributed to the growth and success of the hotel. Before joining Taj Hotels, I worked as a sales executive at Authentic builders and developers Pvt for 4.5 years, where I sold residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, where I specialized in marketing and finance. I have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and I am passionate about the hospitality and real estate industries.
