I am responsible to implement all sorts of project in respective district. During my job I have implemented 03 projects at a time in this area. It is WASH, Health and orphan family sponsorship program. I am doing planning, and implementing project activities based on planning, supervising 13 staffs, monitoring, report writing, networking, advocacy and lobbying with Government and NGOs. I have big role to maintain liaison with Local Government Institutions, Sub-district and district level government officials to implement project activities. I am giving assistance to my colleagues to identify right beneficiaries, facilitating livelihood, health, education, child protection and women rights issues towards my staffs, stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Worked as an Entrepreneur Development Adviser in Volunteer Service Overseas Bangladesh (VSOB) from March 01, 2014 to February 28, 2015. I have worked as an International Volunteer in VSOB.• Provided training to volunteers / YC members, community people and factory workers on Climate change effects and disaster risk reduction issues, contingency plan preparation training, Factory compliance and life skills development training, leadership development training and others • Work with factory management, factory workers, factory compliance, baseline survey of workers, trouble shooting and others. • Managing corporate partners like CHPBD and Linde Bangladesh. • Provided capacity development support and Managing 03 development partners like DCPUK, PJKUS and GBK (local Non Government organization)• Prepare factory compliance and life skills development training module. • Identified right person for different Vocation training from youth clubs and organize training with Technical Training Center, labor ministry, GoB. • Assist VSOB to Provide capital support to the trained youth club members, prepared business plan and regular follow up to develop entrepreneur among the youth guys.• Prepare narrative English and Bangla report for donor and senior management of VSOB. • Build up linkage with Department of Youth development, Upazilla administration, corporate, partners and other network/alliance.

Worked as a Project Manager for JIBAN project funded by ICCO Cooperation and Focal Person for Social Transformation Project funded by VSOB in Gram Bikash Kendra (GBK) from June 2011 to February 2014. These projects are working for food security, education, and small business development for Indigenous community people.Responsibilities : :• Developed technical proposal, budget, detail project implementation plan, grant chart, IGA analysis, log frame, financial plan for JIBAN, SCDP, AIDARI and STP project.• Identified poor performing staff and given guidance, coaching, mentoring, training and follow up for their capacity building by making field visit, personal record review, peer discussion and others. • Ensured all logistic, input material, equipments for staff to achieve project goal.• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly activity-based project budgets and produced monthly and quarterly funding requests.• Kept sound communication with all related GO, NGO and donor representatives, local leaders, elites and community to ensure smooth operation of the Project.• Prepared monthly, quarterly, annual, and event base report as and when required by the donor or organization both in English and Bangla.• Assigned person to participate different government program like DC meeting, UNO meeting, NGO coordination meeting etc.• Facilitated Annual Performance Appraisal for 22 staffs. (PO, UM, GDA, AO and Accountant)• Establish community managed IGA and small business.• Facilitated other project evaluation process like SCDP midterm evaluation, water scarcity study with IV, JIBAN and POWER project evaluation etc.• Facilitated 02 NW Bangladesh water scarcity study with Ms. Alis, Kenyan volunteer and Ms. Fionna O’donnel, Member of Parliament, Scotish Parliament.• Participated in relief distribution program to protect community people from cold wave and flood.• Worked with number of International Volunteer.
