 Technical solution for the Operation & Maintenance of all core and monitoring equipments. Supervising and managing the Operations to ensure that the required quality, capacity and safety standards of our packet and circuit switched core network are met. To delegate the tasks efficiently with in the operations team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits for deliverables. Identify corrective actions and recommend the changes to change management, process management or SLA management. Maintaining the corporate or regulatory correspondence with the customer and regulatory authority. Analysis the company business case to achieve the company goal and report to management as well. To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible from the problem management perspective. Involve in network designing, quotation planning, technical proposal write up, contract negotiation. Participate in Fixed Network system maintenance, engineering fault investigation & troubleshooting.  Perform equipment hardware/software installation, data configuration, interconnection, integration. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems among all core network equipments.  Dealing with customer and fulfill their requirement. Interpreting complex problems for higher level staff or Vendor. Evaluate vendor documentation, templates, and testing scenarios and document results and create cross-functional resource documentations to support team presentation/communication and deployment of all core network nodes Technical support to NOC for system alarm detection, fault analysis & troubleshooting Daily Core KPI monitoring and analyzing and ensuring system backup and data base backup Support to Billing department to ensure connectivity with Core equipments and cross data check Delivering technical, business analysis presentations and quality reports to management
