Responsibilities:1. Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance to attain production goal.2. Keeping the breakdown level within tolerance limit by following SOP & assuring available spare parts in due time.3. Implementation of proper safety & compliance procedure during work.4. Conduction of training on various topic like safety, communication of sub assistant engineer, foreman and technician level employee in order to make them more effective and efficient.5. Ensure safe, cost efficient and effective plant operation in assigned shift with compliance and regulatory requirements.6. Monitor and interpret plant Operating data and render decision or perform as may be necessary to maintain safety, efficiency and availability of the plant.7. Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and plant outages and recommend repair of equipment as may be appropriate.8. Assist in regular Maintenance/Erection related work of the plant.9. Issue work permit e.g. cold work, hot work, lock out/tag out and isolation of any system as per requirement of safety Maintenance work.10. Maintaining all the documents regarding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & reporting on the basis of KPI.11. Oversee Maintenance schedules and execute periodically for smooth operation.12. Supervise shift Operation & Maintenance.

Responsibilities:1. Operate the Control room panel board.2. Ensure safe, cost efficient and effective plant operation in assigned shift with compliance and regulatory requirements.3. Startups, running and shutdown of Boiler, Burner, Cooling Tower and Nitrogen Analyzer.4. Monitor and control all running equipment parameters as per operating practice.5. Monitor and control all equipments of Air Compressor and Nitrogen Analyzer.6. Maintain and update station operation records and prepare all required reports such as daily feed and product calibration report, daily production report, daily feed receipt and product delivery report on plant operation/maintenance.7. Monitor and interpret plant Operating data and render decision or perform as may be necessary to maintain safety, efficiency and availability of the plant.8.
