1. Supervising & monitoring all the activities relating the Import, Export, Sub contract, Purchase,2. Obtaining different permission/No Objection Certificate from Bank, Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority, Bangladesh Customs, Chamber of Commerce, Bangladesh Garments Manufacturing Exporters Association, Export Promotion Bureau, Bangladesh Bank, National Board of Revenue and other Government Agent engaged in different operations for the organization or relating to obtain Bond License, Inclusion of Bond License, Bond to bond transfer, ship back, bring back, CMT, etc.3. Follow-up the activities of the Clearing & forwarding agent and Checking & certifying the CNF Bill.4. Maintain Different type of status (Import receiving status, commercial recap, export register, Cost break down, Fabrics & trims re-cap, List of imported machinery & furniture) 5. Conducting meeting with the concern officials regarding cost break down, Fabrics & trims re-cap & some other issue. 6. Opening various types of L/C, Receiving Master L/C, Checking L/C and Advice for amendment. 7. Interpret and negotiate different agreements on behalf of the company with Sub contract party, Supplier, Bank, BEPZA, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, BGMEA, EPB, Bangladesh Bank, NBR and other private companies engaged in different operations for the organization 8. Maintaining & Supervising Customs Bond Register, consumption certificate, in bond & deal with Customs Audit team. 9. Maintaining liaison with our head office in Hong Kong & various buyers, Local & foreign supplier, Bank, BEPZA and Customs Authority, Shipping Line, CNF and others government and private companies engaged in different operations for the organization.

Responsibilities:1. Supervising Export and Import Related all activities,2 Opening various types of L/C, Receiving Master L/C, Checking L/C and Advice for amendment. 3. Follow up Sub contract, Local Purchase, Interpret and negotiate different agreements on behalf of the company with Sub contract party & Supplier, 4. Maintaining Customs Bond Register & others operations for the organization. (Bond license, Inclusion and amendment)5. Maintaining liaison with our head office in Hong Kong & various buyers, Local & foreign supplier, Bank, BEPZA and Customs Authority, Shipping Line, CNF and others government and private companies engaged in different operations for the organization.6. Follow up preparation, collection of different certificate/permit from BEPZA/EPB/Chamber of Commerce and submit to bank for negotiation or collection, Other Activities:1. Developing and maintaining advanced facilities in the office to improve office environment and productivity.2. Supervision of implementation of company’s policies and accuracy control in Commercial operation. 3. Supervision of banking relationship and bank reconciliation of all Import & Export related accounts.

Export and Import Related all activities, 5. Follow up Sub contract, Local Parches, 6. Cargo Booking to the forwarder for shipment. 7. Follow up CNF activities, import and export cargo movement, 8. Follow up payment against Import, 9. Preparing and negotiating export documents with bank 10. Collection payment against local & foreign ExportOther Activities:1. Interpret and negotiate different agreements on behalf of the company with Bangladesh Export Processing Zone, BTMA, Customs Authorities, Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Titas and other government agencies, fuel supplier and other private companies engaged in different operations for the organization.2. Development and maintenance of information and communication technology facilities. 3. HR function & Internal Office Management4. Preparation and implementation of Company Policies and Procedure.5. Administrative and logistic support to expatriates.
