Ensure listing of the project participant according to the IR Principle and guideline-20% Support to survey to prepare project participant list.Prepare Project participant listSupport to Finalize the project participant by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities.Support to prepare distribution place.Ensure logistics to food distribution.Prepare card and muster roll of distribution.Conduct awareness sessions in connection with project objectives and goals.Ensure visibility of IRBEnsure Coordination with the CIC office at Bhasanchar.Involve Majhi and government representative for implementation of the projectNetworking with different stakeholderConduct field visit and prepare visit report with the recommendation;Monitor project activities and identify areas for improvement;Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.Responsible for seasonal (Ramadan, Qurbani & winterization) & emergency response programs if require.Propose some methodology, according to the proposal, and provide it with the experience and lessons learned from the other organizations.Ensure the complaint response and feedback mechanism at the field level.Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
