1) Supervision and troubleshooting all machinery of this plant, like as hydraulic press, Blower ,All pipe line, inspecting, testing & replacing accessories of pump, compressor, air dryer, chiller, Gear box, All hydraulic and pneumatic system etc.2) Machine Installation & Commissioning.3) Machine performance checking.4) Take maintenance schedule properly and ensure smooth run of Machinery.5) Manpower management & proper utilization. 6) Communication with higher management.7) Maintain all records and documents systematically as per instruction manual.8) Maintain minimum stock level of spare parts and costing for spare parts consumption.9) Spare parts sourcing from local market.10) Installation plant and Machinery.11) Co-ordinate with client & report to my boss.
