Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop strategic plans for expanding the company's Business Growth & Presence in the market and staying ahead of the competition.2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.3. Analyze sales data, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.4. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.5. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a smooth customer experience.6. Monitor and maintain other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives and to address customer needs effectively.7. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.8. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities, including compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
