 To formulate an audit plan in consultation with management. To implement the annual audit plan and also undertaking special tasks or projects assigned by management. To examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems at all concerns of Ispahani group of companies. To review the accuracy, completeness and fairness of financial statements and other management reports. To evaluate effectiveness, efficiency of operations of department/ Unit, being audited. To evaluate adherence to approved internal/ external policies and procedure. To evaluate effectiveness of existing policies and procedures and give recommendations for improvements. To evaluate performance, decide training and development of the team members and facilitate improvement/ development programs. To coordinate proper communication to and from the audit department. Recommend risk assurance measures on key business functions.

 Develop overall audit plan and program for the department. Advise, supervise and oversee the audit activities carried out by the internal auditors. Ensure that audit engagements are conducted in accordance with the audit work program and objectives of the audit have been achieved. Review operational processes, identify risk of operations, assess the risk and assist to the director. Review Corporate Governance issues, identify weaknesses and assist to the director. Supervise and perform system audit on SAP ERP software periodically. Supervise and perform Management audit of yearly financial statements of Group of Companies. Submit audit report to the Director based on the scope determine by him time to time. Risk Assessment and finding the risky area by analyzing data from SAP and other qualitative information. Review cost benefit analysis of the promotional programs and report to director.
