Supervise issuance of appointment letter, job Confirmation increment promotion letter for employees.15. To update factory for any unannounced audit & Buyers visit.16.. To follow up the CAP as per buyers requirements.17.Support & monitoring proper implementation of Company Policies on salary wages, benefits, safety, health & hygiene.18.. upgrade Company standards accordingly.19. Monitor activities of firefighting, first aid & environment control team.20.Responsible for Alliance & Accord related activities i.e, Structural, Fire & Electrical.21.Prepare factory as per required standards of buyers like BWB, BSCI, GAP, AEO, Carhartt, Jcrew, Tommy Hilfiger PVH, TCP, JCPENNEY, Gymboree, Kohl`s, MWW, Marks & Spenser, GeorgeWalMart, A&F etc. and all kinds of Security Compliance audit like GSV, SCAN, SCS, Etc have the factory approved by the above buyers.
