1.Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.2.Develop, revise, interpret & communicate HR policies & procedures3.Ensure effective performance appraisal system as per company policy.4.Analize plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company's business.5.Ensure employee promotion, transfer, confirmation, reassignment are carried out as per company policy.6.Facilitate HR related surveys that has departmental & organisation level implications.7.Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.8.Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships with HO and effective .9.Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the factories.10.Ensure required training is conducted as needs basis of the employees on regular basis as well as create motivation for all employees.11.Ensure the factories are always prepared/ ready for assessment/ audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit, Security System Audit, Fire safety assessment (Building and Electrical), Structural safety assessment, etc.Communicates and coordinates various audit body (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.) by providing supportive documents.12.Ensure that Child Labors are not in practice.13.Accomplishes buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan and follow up regularly.14.Working at C-TPAT Area, Developing Security part and Organising Training Programme.15.Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance instructions.16.Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.

HR budgeting & manpower planning. Direct & follow up recruitment & selection procedure. Look after industrial & employee relation affairs including disciplinary procedures & ensuring proper grievance management process. Prepare and design Performance Management System and implement with different tools including KPI, KRA, and Goal. Assist to develop, implement & modify of all types of policies & procedures.Maintain better relationship to increase employee satisfaction, capacity & capability build up & monitor their activities.Develop initiatives to nurture a positive work environment by taking productive action for reducing absenteeism, overtime & turnover. Develop & implement strategic plan/ idea for mid-level management training. Design, implement & review training programs to meet specific departments need. Innovation of new idea & proper execution. Conduct exit interview, especially staffs. Provide administrative & logistic support that relates to on time production and delivery of shipment.Internal audit on social compliance, HR payroll etc. Assist to social compliance & buyer audit for H&M, C&A and ESPRIT and prepare the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit report. Cooperation & coordination with floor HR & Compliance officer to accelerate the HR & Compliance goal of the company. Preparation of factory working environment in accordance with social compliance standards as per buyer & legal standards. Monitor welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities. Supervise 6s program. Any other task assign by the top management And HOD.
