• Communicate with local suppliers & purchase Food Packaging Materials (Carton, Paper Pack and Sticker) as per requirements.• Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.• Implement supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders.• Having sound knowledge on modern supply chain management.• Receive new items from sourcing and send the samples or documents to Head office or supplier as required.• Receive information from warehouse on stock position and ensure delivery as per demand date• Verify received items by comparing the purchase order.• Follow up the supplier for ensuring delivery on time.• Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.• Document, Track and Maintain a database of all orders updated and disseminate periodic reports.• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.• Any other task assigned by management.

Prepare Requisitions, Comparative Price Statement (CS), Call Report and Purchase orders or Work Order & attach Pro-forma Invoice (PI), Approval/Booking Copy (AC), Banking Cheque copy etc. for ensuring the local suppliers payment.2.
