Currently working on research projects focusing on modeling project disruption behavior in a project management context. Under the supervision of Prof. Linzhuo Wang, my research integrates rigorous dynamic mechanisms of resilience to better the state of a project-based firm during a disruptive crisis. The research is currently developing a combined application of PLS-SEM and fsQCA approaches for modeling project resilience in the inter-organizational and intra-organizational context of multiple projects. Using these two models, I have been studying a project’s theoretical and industrial framework on the resilient performance of various disruptive crises that have been conceptually and empirically realized. I have also developed a theoretical and numerical implementation of project uncertainties in the project firms, which addresses simultaneous propositions to model project resilience in specific periods of disruptive events. In addition, my other project focuses under the supervision of Dr. Syed Far Abid Hossain on variety seeking, corporate governance, women entrepreneurship, and device system technology.
