• Design, development, and implementation of the Northwest Regional program for USAID’s Promoting Peace and Justice Activity. • Conduct regular Field visits and monitor the outreach program of partner NGOs giving technical and management support. • Regularly Data collection, compilation, and reporting to management as well as Data verification of sub-grantees in online software. • Coordination and Sensitization meeting with Judges and different stakeholders at District and upazila level on TIP, GBV & VE. Assist sub grantees to prepare Concept note and presentation on TIP, GBV & VE.• Quarterly collect TIP, GBV & VE report from sub grantees. Verify and compile the report with ensuring data quality and submit to MEAL Director. • Assist in internal and external evaluation, study, and research teams in organizing events data collection, including surveys, interviews, KIIs, and FGDs with project participants and relevant stakeholders. • Partnership management with NGO/CSO to promote government legal aid program. • Effectively and efficiently coordinate the strategic implementation priorities, key policies, and directions of the Justice for All Project for the poor and vulnerable people’s justice. • Conduct training orientation and facilitate different meetings for the capacity development of local government by making participatory planning and design. • Undertake regular participatory monitoring and supervision of project activities including data collection, compilation, consolidation, processing, analysis, and reporting. • Engage, Develop, and manage partnerships with different community-based organizations, Union and Upazila Parishad for increasing support toward justice to improve the rights of poor and helpless people. • Assist Project and organization to develop IEC materials and publication. • Represent and promote the program at meetings, workshops, and seminars related to poor people’s justice. • Build community people’s awareness of engaging with different events. Also collect community people’s perception /result after finishing events. • Coordinated and supervise field-level staff and volunteers. And manage program budgets tracked and supervised field programs. • Report to the donor and senior management on monthly, quarterly for regular updates.
