• Designing & developing Retail Roaming products, Feasibility analysis, Profit Loss Analysis, product, and lifecycle management, and ensure/enhance the customer experience.• Set parameters to measure quality and performance of Outbound and Inbound roaming business. • Conduct GAP analysis between target and actual achievement to measure performance • Formulate and implement mitigation plan in case of crisis/profitability declining & ensure compliance. • Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Customer Service, and relevant teams to ensure implementation and modification of products and services for roaming service.Major Achievement:• Develop & buildup roaming data bundle & launched “Roaming Data Bundle & Combo Offer” products which were highly expected from GP management & long demand from GP high valued customers. • Recovered the business from declination & ensured GP roaming revenue growth of 20% YoY.• Increased GP roaming customer base by 25% on year to year basis by designing lucrative offers. • Implemented real-time roaming data charging which helped to protect customers from unintentional high usage even in the pay-go model hence minimized roaming bill shock & enhance the customer experience.• launched “Revised outbound roaming regular Zone-based tariff” & reduced tariff for roaming service• Increased efficiency in customers’ service by simplifying the internal control system. • Introduced International Credit Card for roaming subscription, revision of minimum recharge amount for Prepaid & thus drive our business as per customer convenient way & demands.• Implemented Security Deposit Revamp activity for availing roaming service & attractive retail offer like data bundle & combo offer, this SD revamp is very useful to meet that objective• Participated in different important projects (like Data Clearing House, Financial Clearing House, Mobile Number Portability, New series of GP) for business & worked with multi cross-functional teams.

• Analyze projects in the ESS domain within the stipulated time, cost and come up with a strategic plan.• Ensure Change Management for all IT related application development and application enhancement. • Provide support for planning, management, and completion of Applications. Development and AM enhancement with proper change management process and risk assessment.• RFQ preparation, technical analysis & vendor evaluation of new service platform as per business need• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates interdependency among projects, risks, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects.• Study and analyze all stakeholders’ requirement and Convert it into expected input for Vendor.• Arrange POC for the product evaluation, development of a strategic plan.Major Contributions: • Launched a tool named “Service Request Management System (SRMS)”. By launching this GP enabled to log, track, escalation & overall visibility of customer complaints.• Introduced Business Intelligent circle APP which helped to measure business KPI, s for circles) • Launched NPS (Net Promoter Score) application (Pilot phase) in GPC Motijheel & Gulshan which helped our organization to evaluate & measure customer experience level.

• Communicate and discuss a different technical solution for network issues with a cross-functional team.• Monitor different network elements, correlate and escalate the network faults (especially core and service network) and events to concerned groups, and formulate action plans for operational teams. • KPI analysis of Core and Service network nodes through various tools (i.e. m2000, Operations eye) and escalate and report those results to concern groups.• Produce and generate several reports correlating network quality and customer perceptions.• Analyze Network Quality Parameters and linked them with customer perceptions.• Follow up various network quality issues with cross-functional teams between Technical and Non-Technical departments and resolve them by meeting the deadlines. Major Achievement:• Launched “Planned Work Management System tool” which helped top management & colleagues to update about organizations' change activities of different network elements.
