International Sales Executive
CurrentTo achieve agreed sales targets in a specified geographical region and specified product group within defined operating and financial guidelines. 1) To prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities. This will include customer greeting; qualifying; handling objections; product presentation and demonstrations; closing and follow-up in line with the Randox sales process. 2) To develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of Randox products within their designated product group, together with prices and key features of major competitors in their market. 3) To utilise the Randox CRM system on a daily basis; to plan calls, when visiting customers and to capture customer and market information. 4) To handle all customer queries and complaints within 24 hours, in a manner that ensures they are resolved. 5) To provide reports as required on all sales activities including follow-ups, new clients, etc. 6) To ensure accurate sales forecasts are generated where possible. 7) To maintain in depth records of all sales activities, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. 8) To complete an acceptable number of visits per week. 9) To attend product and sales training courses / conferences as necessary to establish and maintain an adequate level of product knowledge and to keep updated, particularly on new products. 10) To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration. 11) The planning, organisation and attending of scientific meetings, seminars and exhibitions. 12) The reporting of field gathered intelligence to the Marketing Department. 13) To track and record weekly expenditure in line with company policy. 14) To ensure their company car is maintained in an acceptable condition. 15) Adherence to company Positive work Environment Policies, health & safety procedures.16) To comply with company legislation
