Summary of essential job functions:Marketing and market development for Factoring, Reverse Factoring, Work Order, Import Duty Financing, Distributor Finance, and Assignment based finance and SME (Loan/Lease) products.Achieve budgeted Business Targets. Arrange negotiate the assignment of Payment from the different institution. Manages Relationship development with Prospective existing clients & prospective clients with a view to enhancing business volume. Preparing renewal approval memo, Credit limit enhancement memo, customer addition memo and assignment of payment letter.Analysis monthly sales achievement, action plans and updates management with progress through a monthly business review.Maintain liaison with clients and debtors with a view to collecting overdue amount;Preparing various letters like assignment letter, recourse letter, reminder letter about payment;Verification of clients invoices for any fraudulent activities are suspected;Strongly monitoring of highly delinquent debtors & minimize risk factor;Documentation and keeping database up-to-date in BankUltimus;Monthly and Bi-weekly report writing and delivery to concerned clients;Information gather about market scenario and circulate with line manager;Frequent physical visit to clients and monitoring their trends of business and new debtor status;Coordinate with other departments for ensuring effective factoring customer service at every level.Other issues as delegated by Head of Supply Chain Financing.
