Responsible for auditing all the Tier I (approximately 73) and Tier II (approximately 15) suppliers, developing detailed reports based on audit and assisting the factory management to work on their corrective action plans. Contribution to assigned special tasks are as below:  Analysis of regular and overtime working hours for all the suppliers  Follow-up on ACCORD audit related fire and structural safety progress

Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing information to management and employees.Proactively driving results on compliance issues.Identifying and mitigating any potential conflicts in advance.Directing compliance issues to appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.Ensuring processes and procedures are adequate to meet regulatory requirements.Creating programs that encourage staff to report impropriety without fear of retaliation.Coordinating all compliance related activities.Developing and implementing a Compliance training plan.Performing Social Compliance Audit, C-TPAT Audit and ISO-9001:2008.
