Duties/Responsibilities:• Maintain international procurement demand and ensuring that all procurement adhere to it. • Generate Purchase Order, Issue PO go through till Shipping method. • Arrange Transport as per demand (e.g. Air or Sea) • Arrange Partial delivery if needed.• Arrange payment documents and ensure successful payment.• Liaison with other departments, particularly Finance, Production and Warehouse departments.• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials.• Interact with the foreign supplier`s base on smart relationship.• Track the status of any orders.

• Ensure delivery of all the Consumer items according to Invoice and Issue inward and outward gate pass of delivery for any products.• Get approval from Supply Chain Manager for route planning and discuss with Factory Manager for daily delivery plan.• Check, sign every Invoice & arrange all the formalities for Delivery, Prepare Delivered & Undelivered report & submit it to Store Dept.• Communicate with Factory Manager & Production In charge to know about Production plan to prepare delivery plan in advance.• Maintaining general ledger of Invoice and support concern persons for market returned product after raising credit note.

Bogura

• Every day visits more than 5 suppliers for collecting quotation, confirming product quality, price negotiation and market analysis.• Work on EIP system for sign Purchase Request (PR) file and make Purchase Order (PO). • Fill up E-EXP form through Bangladesh Bank website, collect authorization sign and stamp in all documents.• Connect sales contract or Letter of Credit (LC).• Apply for Export permission in BEPZA.• Submit bill with PO, Invoice, PMC report, VAT mushak 6.3 to finance for payment, projection & collection
