• Preparation of Financial Statements (Solo & Consolidated) of the Group on quarterly, half-yearly and annually;• Timely preparation & submission of all Financial Reports to stakeholders like IFC, ADB, FMO, Triodos, GABV etc.;• Analyze and assess the financial performance against key business metrics of BRAC Bank Group (BRAC Bank Ltd, bKash Ltd, BRAC EPL Investment Ltd, BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage, bIts Ltd, BRAC SAAJAN Exchange Ltd UK);• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes with inputs;• Lead development and review of systems, processes and policies to facilitate consistent delivery across the entire spectrum of Finance;• Face external and internal audit as well as Bangladesh Bank Audit and ensure audit compliance; • Preparation & Submission of Monthly Management Information to the MANCIM and Boards; • BB Reporting on Minimum Capital Requirement under Risk Based Capital Adequacy;• Tax & VAT Return along with corporate tax computation and necessary workings; • Ensure compliance of Tax and VAT on all payments of the bank; and• Meeting quarries of large taxpayer’s unit (LTU) and audit wing.
