Current(1) Recruitment & Selection: Oversee and coordinate regional level recruitment & selection process to meet the organizational workforce demand.(2) On-boarding: Orient probationer on organization’s values, Code of Conduct, Human Resources Policies and Procedures, benefits, Safeguarding policy and conditions of employment.(3) Assessment Center: Directly work with Talent Management Team to conduct assessment centers and competency based interview.(4) Performance Management & Performance Improvement Plan: Oversee employee performance activities on regular interval and work with low performer as they can improve their performance and contribute more in organizational goals and objectives.(5) Training & Orientations: Conduct training on BRAC ERP, Performance Management System, Safeguarding Policy, HR Policy & Procedures.(6) Policy Review & Compliance: Assist top management in reviewing HR Policy by providing valuable input and develop guideline and circulars as per management requirement.(7) HR Operational Services: (a) Update personal files in HRMS, EDMS & ERP and manage hard copy filling, (b) Manage leave, attendance and salary through e-salary module, (c) Prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter, promotion letter & yearly budget of the unit office.(8) Grievance Management: Assist investigation team in finding actual fact for which grievance arises among field office staffs.(9) COVID-19 focal: Manage a COVID-19 dedicated testing booth for BRAC staffs at Gulshan, Dhaka by designing a COVID-19 database in Google Drive and e-mail ticketing system.
